Board of Directors
Qualified, enthusiastic and energetic people comprise the team of Envista Education Pvt. Ltd. Commitment to all-round quality of delivery and strife for excellence is what categorizes the team.
At the helm of affairs is Mr. Santosh Kumar, a B.E (Computer Science) from BIT, Mesra, Ranchi. He had spent his initial years with the software giants. His last decade has been dedicated to academics, design and development of software’s and products for education and its allied sectors and creation of customized software’s for corporate and government bodies.
Aiding him is Ms. Neela D., a woman with strong business and inter-personal skills. She has been the true backbone of the organization providing the necessary organizational support from time to time.
Management Team
The management team comprises of qualified, experienced people who have worked in the industry under various domains. Their work is illimitable and they are capable of handling every responsibility in the organization. The organization structure being flat provides an opportunity to every individual to work coherently towards organization goals. Since the organization is also into education services every person in the management team compulsorily specializes in a teaching domain. Apart from teaching they are engaged in multifarious activities of the organization on a day-to day level.
Santosh Kumar
A B.E. from BIT, Mesra, and the founding Director of Envista Education (P) Ltd. is a man of few words. He is endowed with a remarkable presence and excellent communication skills. He is responsible for overall management of the organization across domains.
Anindita Ghosh
An MBA from IMNU, Ahmedabad with four years of banking experience at HDFC Bank, She heads our HR division. A wide knowledge of various disciplines added to multifarious exposure in the corporate sector (which includes an advertising agency, the FMCG sector and Hotels) equips her with adequate know-how of excellent people management skills.
Pradipta Ray
A B. Tech from REC Surat, he carries over 8 years of corporate experience. His experience has been partly in the engineering division and the education sector. His foresight and methodical approach has helped the organization develop full-proof practices and procedures.
Mahendra Pratap Singh
An IIT and IIM alumni, he carries over 7 years of corporate experience. He has spent several years in different positions with Tata Steel, Anand Automotive and ICICI Lombard. The quintessential operations-and-marketing manager, Mahendra has been instrumental in re-defining the existing procedures and methodologies in the organization to suit the current industry requirement.
Sandeep Kumar
A B-Tech from NIFFT, was working with TELCON as a successful Project Manager, he decided to return to his passion for teaching and soon took charge of all academic activities. An eloquent speaker and writer, he anchors various seminars across Product lines and contributes meaningfully towards content creation. He is highly popular among students for his enthusiasm and tutoring approach.
